Hi, my name’s Rachel Beasley

I’m a Registered Nutritional Therapist from Essex and the owner of Rae Nutrition UK: an online nutrition clinic. My passion is helping people struggling with their moods and mental health by helping them look after themselves through gentle nutrition. If you’ve been feeling low or out of sorts for a while, you may have forgotten what it feels like to live without struggling; I’ve been there.

My own mental health is what pushed me to learn more about nutrition. This started in my early teens when I battled with debilitatingly low moods; impacting my life in a lot of different ways. I came to nutrition to better understand how I could help myself and others with their mental health. It’s one tool of many but can give you a huge advantage.

My own healing journey is ongoing, but it has progressed further by expanding my emotional toolkit, which involves multiple avenues but includes nutrition as one of its foundations. Now, I want to help others regain an understanding of their mental health needs, feel like themselves again and develop their own toolkits. Some years on from my initial start, I have a Bachelors degree and post graduate diploma in Nutritional Therapy. I’m registered, regulated and insured to work with clients worldwide.

Are you over dreading getting out of bed in the morning?

Imagine waking up and not only having the energy and will to get on with your day, but wanting to do it as well. Through my nutrition programmes, we’ll work together to uncover how to you can begin to work on your mental health to get a spring back in your step and gain back your zest for life through personalised nutrition and lifestyle plans.

Areas I can support:

  • Depression

  • Anxiety

  • Seasonal affective disorder/SAD

  • Insomnia

  • Digestive issues related to mental health

  • PMS & PMDD

  • Menopause & mood/anxiety

  • Neurodiversity

  • Concentration & cognition

  • Brain health & aging

Nutritional therapy is about getting to the root of your concerns and addressing the cause. I have a specific framework when working with clients:

  1. Approaching nutrition from the perspective of self-care and to honour your health. Nutrition doesn’t have to be stressful!

  2. Address how you think and feel about food and give you confidence in your food choices.

  3. Help you understand that eating as little as possible is not the way forward to achieving health.

I promise you no dieting, hard-to-follow rules or restrictions. Only advice that is tailored to your unique needs. I will meet you wherever you’re at, build upon your existing habits and make space for new ones.

Reaching out for support isn’t easy. It takes courage to ask for help. But if you’re here, you’re probably sick of feeling low.

If you want to find out more about working together, the first step is to book a complementary introduction call at a time that works for you. We’ll talk about your initial concerns, your goals, expectations and if we’ll be a good fit for each other. You can also click the link below to find out a bit more about programmes and packages.
