What to expect

Step 1

A complimentary 30 minute introductory call

A no-obligation call to discuss your concerns, allowing you to ask questions and see if we would be a good fit for each other. We’ll talk through your goals and the right programme for you and starting steps to get you to your end goal.

Step 2

Your 90 minute initial consultation

 I’ll ask lots of questions, we’ll discuss your health history, current food intake and we'll discuss what existing habits we can build on to develop new ones that align with you. You'll walk away with a plan of starting steps and be given time to put them in place. I will be in contact between sessions and extra help can be given as and when you need it.

Step 3

Ongoing follow-up sessions

We’ll meet every two weeks; how long depends on the duration of your selected programme (minimum 12 weeks). This ensures you continue to progress. We will build upon your plan each week moving forward and discuss any sticking points.

Programmes and Packages

Each programme comes with regular check-ins and email support so you won’t be left in the dark. I’ll coach you through the process and will give you a plan and additional resources to walk away with at each session. We will mostly be discussing nutrition, however, your whole lifestyle will be taken into account including time, budget and activity levels.

Sprout

12 week programme

The Sprout plan is for those wanting to get started in understanding nutrition and mental health.

12 weeks starting with one 90 initial appointment followed by fortnightly 45 minute meetings to assess your progress and amend your plan. This includes a nutrition assessment, nutrition and supplement plans and testing recommendations if needed.

Growth

24 week programme

The Growth plan is for those wanting to gain a more in-depth understanding of their needs and how to support themselves.

24 weeks starting with one 90 initial appointment followed by fortnightly 45 minute meetings to assess your progress and amend your plan. This includes a nutrition assessment, nutrition and supplement plans and testing recommendations if needed.

Bloom

38 week programme

The Bloom plan is for those who want a detailed understanding of the best ways to help themselves with longer scale coaching.

38 weeks starting with one 90 initial appointment followed by fortnightly 45 minute meetings to assess your progress and amend your plan. This includes a nutrition assessment, nutrition and supplement plans and testing recommendations if needed.

Prices start from £525 for 12 weeks, payment plans are available to pay in stages. Additional follow-ups can be added if needed.
